Glastonbury organisers have confirmed The Who are set to perform at the Somerset music festival. Michael Eavis confirmed The Who were poised to play after guitarist Pete Townshend told radio station Xfm that he and Roger Daltrey would be appearing. So now The Who, The Arctic Monkeys and Bjork have been confirmed, The Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Canadian group Arcade Fire are rumoured, and we all still wait to hear who Michael meant when he told the press that 'the biggest group in the World' are in talks to attend - though rumours are starting to circulate that it could be The Rolling Stones. |
