Arctic Monkeys to headline Glastonbury The Arctic Monkeys and Bjork are the first major acts to be confirmed for this year's Glastonbury music festival. The Arctic Monkeys will headline the main Pyramid Stage during the event on Michael Eavis' Somerset farm in June. One of the world's greatest bands is also expected to headline at this year's Glastonbury Festival, but festival organiser Michael Eavis is keeping their identity under wraps, although Mr Eavis has said it would not be U2 or Coldplay. In an effort to deter ticket touts, this year fans will need to pre-register for tickets during February by filling in a form online or from camping shop Millets. They will also have to submit a photograph, which will be printed on their tickets. Tickets will go on sale on 1st April. Click on the banner below to find your nearest branch of Millets. |
